I would save the file as a copy and then start rasterizing some of the graphics layers, that colourful background for instance. Speaking of the background, you have a bunch of layers underneath that with various live adjustments and filters etc which are adding nothing to the final product. They are completely out of view but they still need to taken into account when the PDF is being produced.
