Designer Crashes with cmd-Z

Affinity Designer 1.9.3 running on macOS 11.2.3 I can reproduce this with the following steps: new document create shape (e.g. square) select gradient tool (pressing G) drag cursor on shape so that gradient is previewed with line BEFORE RELEASING MOUSE , press cmd-Z the app crashes
