[Designer hanging when trying to install a purchased bundle]

Edit - All now sorted. Found the solution was to start the app holding ctrl and reset everything.

The bundles are now installing.

BTW how long does it usually take to get a post approved here?

Hi all, hoping somebody might be able to help me please?

I purchased Photo and Designer today and seem to be having an issue with designer. If I try to install one of the free bundles that comes with the licence, the application just hangs until I end it. I've left it alone for about half an hour and this makes no difference. Totally hung and unresponsive.

The program Designer.exe version 1.9.2.1035 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

The issue has not occurred in Photo where the bundles installed just fine.

I've tried reinstalling the app, including wiping %programdata% stuff but the problem will not go away.

Has anybody come across this, perchance? If so I'd love some help.

Sorry if I've missed the answer in the forum, I did try looking. I'm not seeing a crash report in %appdata% and don't have any of the software confirmed to be affecting 19.2
