Good day! Payment was rejected during ordering process, but money was taken from my credit card. I was trying to buy Affinity Photo and after checking out process I recieve an error: "Payment was rejected", but money was taken from my bank account while checking out process wasn't complete. How to deal with this problem? I can send to you transaction screenshots or any other proof of transaction. account email is caverat@yandex.ru

Good day! I'm using trial version on Affinity Photo right now and having problem with psd export. After exporting psd file missing some folders and layers by a some reason. Basically it's exporting couple for first layers and totally ignores all other. Is it some king of a bug or limitation of trial version?
