  1. I've seen tutorials that explain how to create a seamless pattern when starting with a blank canvas and having the ability to move objects around. What I'm curious about is if there is a way in Affinity Photo or Affinity Designer that would allow me take an existing photo and make it seamless so that the seams will come together on the left and right. I'll attach a photo of an example. In this example, I would like the palm trees and water to line up better, but I wasn't sure that this was something that was even possible or not. Thanks!
  2. Hey Roxanne, Can I ask what settings you've configured for your F170 using Affinity? I ask because I just got the F170 and I use Affinity Designer to print from. I'm trying to figure out what settings I should use. Under Color Matching, are you using ColorSync and a profile? If so, which profile are you using? Or are you using the option for Epson Color Controls? Then, under Print Settings are you using Normal or Fine print quality? Lastly, I'm curious if you also bothered to mess with the settings for the "Document Setup"? From there under the Color tab, I'm curious which color profile to use. Thank you so much for any info you can provide!!
  3. Hey, I'm new to Affinity Designer and I'm attempting to do something and I can't quite figure it out. What I'm trying to do is take a shape and fill the inside of this shape with an image. I'm attaching a screenshot of the shape on the top and the image that I'm trying to place inside. When I try doing this multiple ways, whether it's using the layers panel to place one image over the other, the best I've been able to do is change the outline of the shape (head band) from the image. I'm trying to leave the black border of the head band, but fill the empty/white space with the image below. Any helpful tips on what I need to do? Thank you!
