can't access "all photos" when importing on Affinity Photo for iPad

I have tried to export all extension on affinity photo iPad. It looks the export file is ok. Then when i click on the exported file, it opens up in the affinity photo instead of I see an image, it takes me back into the app editing screen. I have tried all exporting options can you help please.
