Blur Brush stopped working after 1.9 update
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I turned off OpenCl, but still the blur brush opacity does not work. I have read about this problem and it has been around for many years. Can't really improve this feature?
