We test it on a whole range of different hardware.

Can you remember what you were doing when the crashes occurred? Which version were you using 1.5.0.2 or 1.5.0.4?

I've managed to reproduce this here, by changing my region format to Turkey. This should be an easy fix now that I can reproduce it.

I notice that the Export Persona toolbar icon is missing as well. Can you check what zoom level your display is at? Is it 100%?

Does the splash screen show 1.5.0.4? If not, there is a new build available (see Andy's post at the top of the forum).

Do you have the SVG file in your recycle bin? It would be useful to try to recreate this so we can fix it.

Do you have a sample image that you could upload?

What OS are you using? Do you get any warnings when you start the application?

Can you attach the PDF file here so that we can test it?

Hello Marc, your English is a lot better than my Spanish! You have made a raster selection here, as opposed to selecting an object in the document. You can use the Crop Tool in the Draw Persona to achieve this.

Hi, we do actually have a XAML exporter, which we used to make our own icons internally. This is something we could look at adding in the future.

Interesting, that card is listed as supporting DirectX11 so it should work, we will have to get a similar device and try to reproduce the problem here! Thanks for your report.

Hi, the aim of this release is to be in parity with the Mac version of Designer.

Try moving the install file to the root of your C:\ drive and try again.

The \ key does not work as a modifier, and never will. Unfortunately there is no way of achieving a fourth modifier key on Windows, other than hijacking the Windows key, but I guess most users wouldn't appreciate that :).

Does pinch to zoom work in other apps with that trackpad?

Hi, these tools aren't available as we are aiming for parity with the Mac version. If you hold ALT after selecting an object it will show you measurements. We won't ever support import or export of DPP files, instead you can try SVG or PDF for interchange.

Hi, the text needs amending for Windows as there is no fourth modifier. The "\" key doesn't do anything.

The other user had 2 HD monitors running at 100%, what is your setup?

Hi, that is a known issue and will be fixed in the next release. If you click slower, your points should be added correctly.

Hi, it's not just SP1 that you need, it's the Platform Update for SP1, that MEB linked to. Can you confirm whether you have this installed?
