MSI/EXE or refund?
Mark Ingram replied to MattyIsHere's topic in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)
Did you purchase licenses from the Affinity Store consumer page, small team micro-site or via Affinity corporate Team? We have deployment options for corporate environments so it’d be worth speaking to the corporate team. -
Offline activation

You can purchase from Microsoft or Apple stores instead if you feel more comfortable. Those licences are tied to their services instead. Related: You can activate your licence then remain completely disconnected from the internet. It’s a one-time check.- 72 replies

Can't log in to access v2

Thanks for the update! Glad you’re sorted now. -
Enterprises should contact our corporate team for further advice. Corporate environments have additional deployment options which we support that may be beneficial. The Affinity Store only lets you purchase a single licence at a time, or up to 10 via the small teams micro-site.

Can't log in to access v2

That is referring to your actual licence, so sounds like you’ve got it sorted now. If it were a trial it would say “Trial User” and show the number of days remaining. -
It sounds like you’ve already activated a licence via Affinity ID, then either not remained signed in or you’ve later signed out, and now you’re trying to sign in with a different account. Once you’ve activated a licence with an Affinity ID your app still remained licensed against that ID, so you can only sign in again with that same ID. You can deactivate the licence if you really do want to swap accounts.
