[Lens Profile for Tamron 100-400 f/4.5-6.3]

The current lensfun db does not include the Lens Profile for Tamron 100-400 f/4.5-6.3.
Any indication of when and if this may be available?

[Topaz Sharpen AI and DeNoise AI plug ins grayed out Windows 10]

I have Topaz DeNoise Ai and Sharpen AI (Ver 3.03). I have added them in Preferences and they show up in Edit.
However they are grayed out and do not run.  Windows 10 64 bit.  Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?
