My first experience Affinity Designer., I like that you can have vector and pixel together.
He still lacks many tools., As color palette, better tool, wacom tablet support . ext
I think it will eventually become a good tool for digital art.

Welcome to Affinity Forums,
Affinity Designer does support Wacom tablets. There's a lot of new features coming, some of them will be free updates. For more detailed info please check out the feature roadmap posted here.

Hey,
Just did a new character for my game (Project Cuba) using Affinity. She's the wife of the guy on the left. :)
My style for this game involves adding highlights/shadows areas and the "auto-masking" makes it a breeze. I honestly think it took me less than a 1/3 of the other character mostly because of this feature!
