Ok all got it. I did a google search for Affinity forums, login. It opened up to the forums page and I got the login section. I'm in. I didn't know there was to sections forums and stores. Sorry for my lack of knowledge in the Affinity world. I'm sure I will be buying the software looks very impressive. Thanks again to all for time and help. CASE CLOSED

Ok, it says can't find Affinity Store account. Not looking for a store. I want to login to the forums only form both pcs. I want to view the tutorials before I buy the software.

My password was correct. I did a change password. I entered my old password and the new and confirmed new. Now have a password., all is fine on this pc. Still can't login on windows 7 pc. Strange.

I did not buy anything I just created an account to ask some questions about the software. Will not work. I looked at my account settings but can't see the password I entered.

I have 2 laptops both using windows. I'm using this pc and using windows 8.1. My other laptop is using windows 7. I can't login using the windows 7 pc, it says can't find a matching account. Any ideas please. Brian

Both run windows 1 Version 7 and 1 Version 8.1 I use 1 as my main pc and1 pc for a backup will this work?

Can I install the photo software on 2 of my laptop computers? Thank you, Brian
