My driver is intel, and I did have an update available. Unfortunately, it didn't change anything.  I see the splash screen and then it disappears.

And the screen grab of what I can't see is attached. It's not because it's on a different page. I think I'd have figured that out. At least I hope so.

Anyway, that's my current version and you have a crash report.  Please let me know what I can try next.  Thanks

I'm having the exact same problem (as this thread) with the a later version and with the update... and there are parts of this thread I'm not allowed to see for some reason. Help?
