(Publisher) How to change TEXT ENCODING?

Hi. I couldn't find a topic in the FAQ, so I'm asking a new topic. So...
1.
Affinity publisher. I make copy-past text (for example from PDF) but text pasting "abrakadabra" simbols. Encoding gameged. It was different encoding it a sourse.
(look at the picture)
So, how can i change or convert the encoding in Affinity publisher?
2. Is it possible to copy-past past text from PDF with saving formatting (Enter gliph). Gliph Enter was not pasting...
I had open this file Affinity Designer - text formatting was be seved (gliph Enter was in stock), but encoding was damaget to.
