    Thank you for your help, Grafiksol. Affinity support suggested downloading the app from a different browser and it worked!!

    Thanks I've re-downloaded it a number of times including using one link from the Affinity people. Still the same message.

    I download the .dmg file but when I double click it, it says "image not recognized.
