Hello, I bought Affinity Photo and Designer in 2018. I have the keys in my account. Now I have a new Mac, on which I want to use the programs. I downloaded the programs on the new one and wanted to activate them. With the correct mail address and the keys. But I get the message that one of the two is not correct, what is wrong?
