Hello,
Today i was able to buy Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer and everything went smoothly but then i want to buy Affinity Publisher.
I added my card details then the page goes to my bank to put the PIN and after coming back i see the red line on the bottom of the screen with the message that my payment was declined with my card provider.
I tried four times without the luck. Then i use my other card and again i get the same message on the bottom of the screen. I spoke with my bank and they say from their side all is ok.
Can somebody from customer service will be able to help me please. I would like to buy only one copy of Affinity Publisher.
