  1. @Alfred Thank you so much for the links. These will really help me draw my schematic. I sincerely appreciate your help.
  2. I have read that a lot of folks are using Affinity Designer for laying out electronic schematics. Does anyone know of a electronic component library made for Designer? Thank you.
  3. @carl123 Thanks so much for your detailed methodology. I will post your comments to my log book and spend some time working on that. I sincerely appreciate your help.
  4. Okay, I got it this time. Carl123 (and you) did indeed say the man's "right sleeve". My issue is with the left sleeve so I assumed he meant the right sleeve from the camera's perspective. I also keep my iMac screem dimmed quite a bit, but when I dialed the brightness up a bit I immediately saw Carl's amazing work. Now, if he would only reveal how he did that ... I suspect he used the Clone Brush Tool. I will have to try that today. Thanks for your patience.
  5. If you posted a comment I do not see it. Something must be wrong with my browser. I see the image I just posted, but not your comments.
  6. I believe what you noted about removing the wrinkles, but I see no change whatsoever. Please do not worry about this, but this is what I am seeing: Thanks for your help.
  7. Thanks for the feedback. From your comments, "... (like the test image below)", it sounds as though you modified the Before image but both are identical. If you did indeed work on one I would like to see it. It would be great if the Affinity team would add a "Smoother Brush" to the next Affinity upgrade. Thanks again.
  8. Carl123, Thanks so much for getting back to me. I had a deadline to meet so the photos have already been delivered, but the good news is that my client was very pleased with the results. That said, I used a combination of the Liquify Push tool, a brush with black plus the Erase Brush tool to refine this rumpled edge. In truth, this was my fault entirely because I failed to keep that sleeve straight during the shoot. My backlight may have been protruding slightly behind the sleeve as well. I thought this would be an easy fix with the Push tool, but that was not the case at all. Perhaps my failure to understand how to use this tool correctly may be part of the problem as well. Here are the before and after images. Thank you for your help.
  9. I have a portrait whose jacket sleeve is rumpled and would like to smooth it out to match the other sleeve. What is the best way to do this in Affinity Photo? I have been trying to the the Liquify Persona tools, but have been very successful. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
