I am using a MAC Pro running macOS Monterey 12.3.1. Sorry I sent the post before remembering to add the computer and OS specifics. I removed the 1769 and installed a previous version of the bet and the problem disappeared, so this issue is specific to the 1769 beta on Mac

Hi Guys

Every time I close Affinity Photo Beta 1769 the colour settings are reset to the defaults as follows:

colour RGB Profile = reset to sRGB IEC 61966 - 2.1

32 bit RGB Profile  = reset to sRGB IEC 61966 - 2.1 (linear)

I work in Pro RGB for both Profiles, this is new issue. All other profiles do not change once selected.

I too have this issue with setting units. As a photographer I print my images and those dimensions are in Inches which I too would like to set in preferences.

Hope we see this happen in next release 2.1.???

I too have been using the new layer masks in V2 so in the beta there are gone from the layers panel. I too would like to have the ability to create short cuts to access each of the three if Possible

Would it also be possible to allow users to save the workspace layouts with a 2 Monitor system as I have to recreate the panels and their locations every time I install the app.

Yes I am. But the V2 release and the V2 Beta looks for them in the Develop propcol file found in ~username/library/group container/V2/user folder. They are not visible by either application even of present in the ~username/library/application support/Affinity Photo 2 Beta/ lens profiles folder.

Just downloaded Mac AP V2 Latest beta and used the migration from release version. This worked almost great. It Left behind my short cuts and my plugins.

I had to Also copy the from the release version 2.04 the ~user/library/group container/user folder from the release V2 folder to the V2 Beta folder to get my lens processing presets

There is still a problem with the tool bar not aligning with the top of the panels and it also moves down by itself every time AP V2 is opened. This was also to the case in 2.0.4

Hi All

It would be really nice to automatically open the rename window when saving new selections. If this were to happen workflow would increase. As it is now I use a short cut Control C which saves the selection but then I have to click right click spare channel and then rename before the window comes up. This suggestion would eliminate time if you do a lot of selections.

Just a thought for the next release or beta.

As an after thought. Why is Such a prominent colour profile as ProRGB missing form the new retail version but yet it is in as you say and Old Beta version.

I used ProRGB in Version 1 extensively so why was it not perpetuated into V2?

Seems Odd to me since every other application I have tested prior to settling on Affinity includes it?
