  1. Repairing the installation and resizing the raw file to a smaller doc before editing in Photo Persona seems to have solved the issue for me. Thanks all for your help. Hope any general issue is resolved for all soon. Dirk
  2. Just tried to process a raw file and did not reduce the size on export. The app crashed and I activated task manager and clicked on dump file. The processes froze as there was a msg to wait for dump file to be created. This did not go away and eventually I had to end task on everything and close down. I will use smaller files in future. Thanks for your help
  3. Thanks - will do - but reinstalling the app by repair and using smaller files by resizing immediately on loading the file seems to have largely solved the issue.
  4. I have reinstalled AP (repair option} and there has been some improvement. Resizing to a much smaller size also seems to help.
  5. AP was working fine before update to the latest version 1.9.1.979 a few days ago. Now it does not respond, freezes and crashes. Tools do not work randomly, resizing takes a long time and frequently freezes. Likewise when trying to export files. The app is now unusable. No crash reports have been generated. Windows 10 is up to date. Hardware acceleration is not enabled.
  6. AP was working fine until the latest update. Now it does not respond, freezes, tools do not work randomly, export frequently causes crashes. AP is now unusable. Using Windows 10 and everything has been updated. Has anyone else experienced this? Have Serif identified the problem and will they be issuing a bug fix? Thanks Dirk
