[Placing Pictures doesn't work]

Hello,

I used the FAQ before, but didn't find something. My problem ist to place pictures in AP V2.1.0 (look at screenshot, please)

Are there any settings to be done first in AP V2? If so, where and  what kind of settings?

I'm very dissapointed. I like to use the AP V2, but because of the problems I just use AP V1. ;o(

Hi SPaceBar,

I have disabled the  OpenCL acceleration. Now I am able to insert jpg-files. But what effects does the deactivation of the openCL acceleration have for me now?

It is curious that Designer works with activated openCL acceleration.

Are you able to open the files using any other app?

Hi,

no jpg images can be loaded into affinity-photo. It doesn't matter whether you open it with a right click in windows explorer, open it from affinity or place it into affinity.

I hope the error will be fixed in the short term. In this way affinity cannot be used.
