STILL CRASHING !!!!! Worst than anytime before! Not able to export ANYTHING! GUYS WAKE UP!!!!

Hi, it seems to me that this issue was fixed by last MacOS Ventura 13.1 update. I don't want to be too much optimistic but it did not happened to me since. Before 13.1 i was not able to save any changes on ExFAT disc.

Both, monterey and ventura, in ventura it worked only afret fresh restart, on monterey it happens all the time except exporting to local hard drive.

Try save files from export persona to folder which is selected by default when you hit the button, without messing in finder. It is stupid workaround which complicates file management a lot, but actually only option which works for me. After exporting you have to move files in finder manually.

Update, in Affi Des 2 Export persona crashes only when you try to select another folder than the one which is opened is in save dialog window by default. In another words - it crashes when you try to select different location in finder dialog window. But it crashes constantly, all the time.

Meaning V2 is acutually a V1 with some new tools, and same bugs. How on earth can they be so stupid???????? Not fixing at least these saving bugs, but even more, including them in V2 aswell. I bet even exporting artboard with bleed to TIFF will still give me white bleed instead of actual bleed content :)))
Yes, i just paid whole multilicence of V2 in hope that they fixed old errors from V1 ... NOPE...

As the version 1, version 2 still have the same bug causing crashes when exporting slices in Export persona. Since version 1 worked afrer fresh restart of the app, version 2 crashes all the time...

I just copy my text from month ago, because i have still this problem in new 2 version:
Hi all, since yesterday official upgrade to MacOS Ventura i have problem to resave file on my external (main working) harddrive.
In all Affinity products - Designer, Publisher, Photo - i can open any saved file, but can not save it again with following error notification:
Failed to save document: NAME
Save failed because access to the file was lost.
The document must now be closed.
When i create new file, i am able to save it on the ext. HDD once, when i try to save it again (does not matter if freshly opened or after some work done), the same error goes on.
On bulit in HDD it works OK, but i use external for my work, including backup processes etc.
Other applications (InDesign) does not have this issue.
All my Affi apps are up to date, i never used any MacOS betas or anything really special on my system.

Still present bug, even on new Affinity Designer 2.

I have the same problem on MacBook Pro on Intel, so it is not related only on M1. Anytime i try export vie export persona after some time of working on it, it freezes at the window where you select location for your files. After fresh restart of Designer it works well, after a while of work it crashes again.

And this is issue in whole Affinity family, not only Designer. Guys this is BIG trouble for us who use it on daily base as main job. You could at least let us know to wait with Ventura upgrade.

Hi Mariusz, it happens only when saving RAW or when trying to save anything? For example create new file, safe it and then make changes and ttrying to save it again.

Hi there, i have some certificates fed from *XLSX via Data Merge. In table there are four columns: name, date of birth, certificate number and date of issue. No matter how many people in rows i have, last certificate is generated with last two fields filled. If i have 10 people there, 9 are ok, last one is generated without cert. nr. and date of issue. If i have only single one, last two fields are missing again.

When i hit generate button, new document is created with 50 pages, every page contains 10 exact same bussiness cards of one person, second page again 10 cards of second person, third page 10 cards of third person, etc...
Isn't it supposed to fill each data merge cell with records from one line of source table? I am doing something wrong?
