This has been the first issue I’ve every had. After downloading the latest upgrade, the designer package opened ok but then when I tried the select any of the tools the curse wouldn’t move into the main canvas area but would freely track around the outside areas. Upon opening the other two packages one by one they worked for about a few seconds and then defaulted to the same problem. I then removed all three pancakes from the MAC application file by trashing them and downloaded a new designer program, part of the web download window highlights the need to copy the key code info as you’ll require it later but after it’s downloaded there doesn’t appear any stage where you need to input the key code info, or have I missed something.
