Transfer license from mac to pc

Thanks, I wanted to check other possibilities so Im buying while the price is great -
I have a photo and designer license from the beginning :-) Bought for a Mac through the Apple Store. I don't have email registration and serial number. Can I use this license also on PC? whether to buy a new one at a great price?
