Hi, I have check that but I don't have installed any of that apps, and the drivers are updated. The problem is in the Windows UI not in the Designer's UI

Hi, I have a problem with the zoom shortcut (ctrl + spacebar) sometimes it doesn't work , only works if I press first spacebar and wait to press ctrl (If I press the two keys at the same time, or ctrl first the zoom tool doesn't work) , There is a way to fix this? . Thanks
