All Programs Not Loading

Carl Thomas posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Following installation on Windows 10 platform Publisher or Photo hangs at the splash screen. I have two computers, exactly the same, yet one loads no problem the other doesn't. I have updated the colour profile as advised in an earlier post with no success. Any help anybody ?
