That would be disruptive to the discussions and make the forums less useful to forum members looking for information in the future, so as a forum user I hope you don't do that.

Perhaps it would be better not to store IP addresses or location data in the first place?  Especially not for months like in the below page.

I think that, too...thats one of the many reasons why I wont use icloud...but nevertheless its Serif's responsibilty to sell an app thats working properly...an app is a consumer product and consumers have the right for a working product...if this were an analogue product I would give it back or demand it to be repaired...why is it different with apps? but as I wrote before...I wont buy anymore Serif stuff until the most necessary things are fixed...not that Serif will care much about it, but nevertheless...

sorry but this is too simple: every artist has his/her style...uses brushes, particular colours again and again....and not being able to save this within the app without filling up all space on a 512gb ipad is horrible...you spend more time getting this fixed than actually being able to create art...and the most horrible thing is not being able to save the palettes etc. before deleting and reinstalling the app - what you obviously are forced to do because the app takes up all storage...and neither Serif nor Apple feels responsible.... the circle closes.

I know.:-)..but I also want to let mods know that logged bugs are not forgotten...hence my question in the forum...and at the moment I dont have capacity to test in detail

Will there be an option for Light Mode on IPadOS in the near future? This setting is really helpful for adding visual contrast against certain projects especially for people who have visual Impairments, but it’s also better on the eyes during the day. It’s pretty standard as a setting on many IPad apps as well. Any plans to add this?

From what I’ve seen so far —  going to Text, Character, Language and setting the Spelling to the language one needs solves the spell check issue entirely. Also from what I’ve seen so far, the changes remain in place forever, which is simply awesome (if that’s what you mean with “sticking”). All the best!

I added this feature request to the Affinity V2 thread if anyone would like to add their support there. It’s possible it might be better seen there. ✨

Yes, provided you use Open from,and navigate to the new folder. This creates a new working file on Home screen. The old working file (project icon on Home Screen), if not deleted, links to the old file location. Also note it is necessary to use Save to update folder versions as backing out to Home Screen only saves sandbox version.🙂

I haven't tried that. If you move them using the Files app, and then Open or Import them again from their new location using the Affinity app, I think the answer is yes. 

Thank you Walt! I do backups via Itunes on my mac and external storage devices…but nevertheless you are right, it fills up🙂

AD ipad needs more genuine vector brushes...we all know there are only a few (to my knowledge and by info of Affinity support two) of the so called vector brushes indeed vectors...

When I open the app your splash screen opens first, it is very beautiful and everyone I show loves it... That's great however I want to show people my art using your app. Can you please let us change the splash page.

I've lost hope that any of Affinity team or mods is actually reading these feedbacks but nevertheless another proposition for a tool which would make AD ipad more professional: document properties at a glance (name, colour space, size etc.)...

Would love to see ability to import colour palettes.

ah ok, thanks...I've overseen that AP was the topic of the threadauthor...but good to know anyway as I also have AP...

A great workaround, especially given that we can just as easily tell iOS/iPadOS to ‘unlearn’ words that we’ve taught it.
