Bug to redeem Photo / Designer 1.9.0 for Windows 10

Contessa posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Since update 1.9.0 when this gift was given to subscribers, I have been having this problem and I can never redeem it, I have Designer and Photo and in both I cannot. Video Bug
