Style picker not copying FX effects on image frames or images. For example making a shadow drop or glow or something like that. Copying this to other images doesn't do anything in Publisher. Copying styles from a simple shape does work of you paste it on image frame.

Thanks for the info. Maybe a nice addition to be available in custom Toolbar options to add for those who want it. On the other hand, one more click isn't bad so it is not that important. I think it was more confusing to me than a needed feature.

I replied this originally in an older subject about importing, but that is in the V1 archive. I hope to see this coming to V2. ....it would be nice to have the 'Place image tool' function for importing stock photos. Like a toggle you can disable/enable in the stock panel. So when disabled > same as now enabled > you will be able to place the image on your canvas like you would with the Place image tool This way i don't need to zoom out and resize every time.

Am i correct that there are no icons in the toolbar for switching to Photo/Designer/Publisher in Photo and Designer (V2 versions)? Only Publisher has icons in toolbar. I know there are for example "Edit in Photo..." or "Edit in Designer..." options in the file menu. These icons are not available in custom toolbar options. I already deleted V1 versions, but i really thought there were icons on toolbar in all three apps?

Crashing coming back. I only had 2 updates from that list which i uninstalled. I thought the problem was solved, but i just crash again and lost a good chunk of my work. This is very concerning, because i read that there are no more updates coming. Of course i hope that the article was wrong and is not the case for bugfixes.

Thanks for the quick "workaround"! Luckily the log files provided good info. I'm gonna uninstall those updates.

Affinity Designer 1.10.5.1342 Windows 10 Pro Videocard: AMD 5700XT (software: 22.9.1 Adrenalin Edition version) I keep crashing randomly. Sometimes after few minutes and sometimes longer. This could basically be anything, so i attached the crash log (last 3) which should point someone into the right direction. Hello everyone, I made basically a circle and added curved text to that circle. Now i can change text color and stroke, but how can i select the circle again to change the fill/stroke color of the circle again? I tried copying the circle and then removing the curved text, but that didn't help. I have this particular situation in this design where i need to change shape colors several times.

Ah well, probably in a year or so there will be one. I saw on some plugin websites like Topaz labs that they also have "AI" plugins like AI Mask. Wondering what AI will bring in the future. I'm still amazed by some of the new stuff. It's not on the support plugins list (yet) so i haven't tried it.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a plugin (hopefully compatible with Affinity Photo) that can delete a background automatically without pay per image? So basically with just a click of a button (no masking). Examples: https://www.remove.bg/ (great results) https://imagezerow.com/#/ https://www.unscreen.com/ (video/gifs) https://burner.bonanza.com/ and so on.. Hopefully this will become available in Affinity Photo.
