  1. This is ridiculous! Am I missing something? I have artwork comprising of three separate panels and the printer requires 20mm bleed yet my exported print pdf files don't contain any visible art within the bleed area.. I've had to export as an EPS and then do it in Illustrator.. I'm trying so hard to get away from Adobe but ridiculous workflows like this keep me stuck.. please tell me I'm missing something here!
  2. Oh wow, this sucks big time... recently moved from InDesign and have a document with about 300 pages and need to shuffle pages... surely there's a context similar to ID such as "move before/after"? Dragging and dropping is simply not time effective in this situation.. also, if I select multiple pages, the page bar does not scroll to allow me to move them, I literally have to drag them incrementally a couple of steps at a time... 🙄
  3. 6 years later and unless I’m missing something, i don’t see eye droppers in Curves like in Photoshop… it’s one of the reasons i haven’t ditched Creative Cloud yet… it’s little things like this that prevent Affinity from being a complete replacement.. I have all 3 Affinity apps but I’m still having to go back to my Adobe Suite for many things… 😕
  4. I’ve just purchased the 3 apps but I’m not quite ready to let go of Adobe yet... I’ll try to do all jobs in Affinity moving forward and if I can do that without issues for a period of time I’ll consider canceling my Adobe subscription... I do have concerns with how I’ll deal with not having Adobe Acrobat, how do you guys get around that? Also I have a lot of licenced Adobe Fonts so that’s going to be somewhat of a loss also... 😕
  5. I agree, I’ve just purchased the 3 apps from Affinity and I’m hoping to wean myself off Adobe but there’s still a few things for me that are preventing this... and auto levels in Camera Raw and in the Curves panel are functions I use a lot to get a quick staring point... I was disappointed to not find these available in Affinity photo
