I can't register my Affinity programs

Hello, I just bought all three Affinity Apps on the Windows Store but now I have the problem that I can't put a shortcut of the programs on my desktop. I also can't register the programs. I hope somebody can help me. Unfortunatelly I'm german so my screenhots are german too. If there are problems with understanding, just ask. Kind regards Maik
