Using a shortcut for Select Sampled Color crash

Unit27 posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows

Assigning Select Sampled Color to a shortcut and attempting to use it causes a crash every time. Crash happened in last 1.8 version and persists in 1.9. Tested on 2 different computers: Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, Windows 10 Ryzen 7 3750H, 16 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650, Windows 10
