Hi smpcteixeira,
It's in the same section as the Layers panel, on the right - the panel is called Text Styles and its visible by default. If you are not seeing it go to menu View ▸ Studio ▸ Text Styles.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
I'm hoping that some of the text features of Publisher will be then ported back to Designer. Text styles are useful in several areas, some of them part of Designer's scope (like UI Design) so i believe there will be some improvements here. Select objects by their attributes is already planned.
