About to download, is there a way to batch edit like Camera RAW?

For the time being, if I batch edit RAW files in Adobe Camera RAW (I have Photoshop CS3), and I then open those edited RAW files in Affinity, will Affinity reflect those edits? Or are those edits made in Adobe Camera RAW exclusive to the Adobe software and only reflected in Photoshop? Thanks!
