  1. Yeah, I have a Dell for my work PC. I went to their site, downloaded everything it said to, and lo and behold... it worked! So, I now have a working copy.
  2. Downgrade was easy. I just uninstalled 1.9 and reinstalled (after downloading again) 1.8.5. It actually IS a great program I've had for about 2 years. It kept all of my info without having to put it in again.
  3. Like Lenni, I rolled back to 1.8.5 when photo crashed. This worked (and works again) fine. As a matter of fact, I joined the forum just to report this. What happens: Install Photo 1.9 Open Photo Click on File to open an image Image opens fine. (Tried 2 different ones, in case it was an issue with this image. It wasn't) Click on tool (tried 5, same every time). Looks like it'll work Click the open tool on image (square to drag a box). Little "Windows Thinking" circular thingy and the screen goes whitened. Left it up to 5 minutes like this. Right click icon to close window. Repeat. I also uninstalled and reinstalled 1.9, thinking there might be an issue with the install itself. I then uninstalled it again and reinstalled 1.8.5 Windows 10 It didn't work from the first update.
