New Laptop

Hello Guys, I have a problem. My MacBook Air is ruined, because of an water damage. And now I am thinking about to buy a Windows Laptop. Is it possible to switch the license from MacOS to Windows? I hope you can help me i can‘t design for about 2 weeks now. Please stay healthy. Have a nice time. Kind regards Yakup Yalcin
