Yes, you are correct, it seems I purchased 1.9 when I didn't have to. Went on to the Affinity web site from their email regarding the upgrade and could not find an upgrade method even after opening my account? As such I think providing a way that I could get the free content would be great since I paid for them. Oh well, the $34 price is so cheap to me after so many years when I had to purchase Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc and all their updates. However getting a work around to get the free content would be nice.
For those with older OS, I've been working with Affinity photo 1.9 all morning on my very dated Mac OS 10.11.6 with no issues other than being slow, but that's more typical of the way things were 20 or more years ago even with up todate equipment.
