Thanks, I send an email regarding the above to Affinity. We will see what happens. Interestingly it was my older system issues with Adobe that lend me to Affinity as their products run on my OS with only a few issues. Plus the price points to continue with Adobe monthly fees made no sense for a retired graphic designer to dabble with. Thanks all.

Yes, you are correct, it seems I purchased 1.9 when I didn't have to. Went on to the Affinity web site from their email regarding the upgrade and could not find an upgrade method even after opening my account? As such I think providing a way that I could get the free content would be great since I paid for them. Oh well, the $34 price is so cheap to me after so many years when I had to purchase Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc and all their updates. However getting a work around to get the free content would be nice. For those with older OS, I've been working with Affinity photo 1.9 all morning on my very dated Mac OS 10.11.6 with no issues other than being slow, but that's more typical of the way things were 20 or more years ago even with up todate equipment.

Likely the issue is to my older OS and I understand that Affinity has to move forward, however I was not prevented from purchasing the upgrade due to an older OS therefore I believe that the free content should be made available to those of us working on an older OS and the the functionality of the program for the most part seems to work. Why not provide online registration and downloading of the free content, of which I paid for.

I recently upgraded to 1.9 for both Publisher and Photo on my iMac OS 10.11.6 all when well and seems to work as expected. However in order to download the bonus features that were to come with the purchase I'm to required to register the products by opening my affinity account by touching the Account icon in the upper right of the tool bar. The icon does not seem to work so I can not register the products. On going to my Affinity account on line I see that I have no registered products, and can find no way to do so and therefore download the bonus items that were offered with the 1.9 purchase. Can you please help.

No crash reports. If I go to my account (online) it tells me I have no registered products. I can not find a way to register. I'm having same issues registering the 1.9 Photo and Publisher. Also the Account icon does not work on either Publisher or Photo. Using Mac Os 10.11.6
