  1. This is now resolved. Working correctly. Problem was having two graphics cards enabled at the same time. One had older drivers. Even after updating both cards drivers, there was a conflict that slowed all programs considerably. But, Designer did not crash after updating. The final solution was to turn off the unused card. Now display speed is very much improved. Thank you for your assistance.
  2. If you're referring to the Designer welcome screen. I close it and attempt to work on a file. Then it just crashes after a few seconds. I do not use Internet Explorer at all.
  3. There are two AffinitySetup folders with the same latest time and date 2/11/2021 4:46 PM. Both are empty. In fact all AffinitySetup folders (8) going back to 8/12/2020 are completely empty. 0 bytes.
  4. I'll include the latest dmp file found. b3a3d06b-99e7-4e4a-92ee-d2465e1290ca.dmp

  6. I upgraded my Affinity Designer from 1.8.5 to 1.9.0.932 today and now when I open a new drawing or load a saved .afdesign file and begin to modify it, the program crashes within about 60 seconds. Without a drawing, it does not crash.
