[Registration doesn't work]

- Did you buy the app from the Microsoft Store? YES
- What version of Microsoft Store do you have running (found towards the bottom of the Settings page)? Version 12011.1001.1.0
- What's the version number of c:\windows\system32\RuntimeBroker.exe? Version 10.0.19041.746
- Are you running any anti-virus software? If so, what is it?  Windows Defender bundled with Windows 10

[Registration doesn't work]

tried to register my Windows 10 Affinity Photo 1.9 Version (as suggested), but got an error message. The same problem is with my buyed Affinity Designer and Publisher Versions in Windows 10. Any idea?

[Can't register or find templates to make a brochure]

Same problem here with the same screenshot from Cara - any idea?
