I'm owner of the older Serif DrawPlus X6 programm. It works fine on Windows 10 and the vectorization tool it contains is perfectly adequate for my purposes. 😉 😊 DrawPlus X8 also have it.

I am very disappointed. I expect a software vendor to provide me with an executable .exe file for installation that gives me the choice of the local program folder. This is also the case with most providers. I just don't want to do this cumbersome .msix crap to myself, especially since I don't use MS Store apps and have disabled all Microsoft spy features. If Serif continues down this path, they've definitely lost a customer. And I think I'm not the only one.

I am not interested in the MSIX installation procedure as I have disabled the Microsoft store and MS spying. As long as there is no .exe installation option, version 2 is out of the question for me. Especially since the big announced innovations do not represent any particular added value in my opinion. I will continue to work with the installer-friendly version 1.

if i try to sign in my account, this window appears and the Designer (also Photo and Publisher!) crashes.

Windows 10 home, 8 GB Ram
