Your Clone Brush Tool is still very buggy here in 2021, sometimes it seems to want to work , however , it at times places the wrong material in the area to be corrected, it than reverts to not doing anything at all,  the crosshair stays in the to be corrected area, checked everything, layers, did the control D thingie; why can't you fix this issue, that seems to have been around for many years, very  nice program, if you don't need a

clone brush tool, which I do , working on high quality museum work
