  1. Thanks! I had no clue that I could just go in and delete those excess nodes (true to newbie form). I was trying to hide the parts of the image I didnt want (crazy rectangle method with erase blend mode, so weird). So I cleaned up my graphic. But what Export settings do you use? Kind Regards,
  2. Clever, thank you kindly for your helpful input. Still working away to get a good image. Kind Regards.
  3. Thanks for your helpful advice, I think its getting better now, but I still need to work on it more. All the best!
  4. Thank you Pšenda, What does it mean to make it a cut out? (Transparent background? Since I believe this is already the case).
  5. Alternatively, here is an Affinity Designer file? [same image, same goals, as listed above] divider.afdesign
  6. I downloaded a trial version of Affinity Designer and have similiar problem with blurry export. Any solutions for Affinity Publisher or Designer would be very welcome!!
  7. Hi, some help from the pros please! How would I export the attached file (saved in Affinity Publisher) into a PNG format with dimensions of 400X106px ... without having it blurry? The original image I tweaked is something I got off pixabay, as a vector graphic (AI format). I do also have Affinity Photo but it doesnt look good there; I think Affinity Publisher deals with vectors better than affinity photo. (I dont have Affinity Designer though). This is intended for Web (not print). I tried all the offered resample methods, but nothing looks good on export (it looks fine before that though). I tried exporting without the applied FX, (since I think this rasterizes), but still looks bad. I'm using Windows. Affinity Publisher 1.8.5.703. Are any other details needed to share? Thanks for any help! ps...I spent hours on this today, browsing other forum posts on Affinity regarding blurry images on export, and tried several things, but nothing seems to be working out. dividers-4869416 edit.afpub
