  1. When I used to use photoshop double clicking on a layer in the layers palette would bring up a panel with a transparency threshold slider. By dragging the highlight slider the whites in an image would become transparent. Holding the alt key while doing this would split the slider head so you could create a smooth falloff between transparent and opaque parts of the image. Does a similar function exist in Affinity Photo? It seems  if it does Affinity does not use the same term so I am not sure what to call it to find it. It's a great function to remove paper white from scans.
