TL, DR version: can Styles which include bitmap generated textures be created on Designer for the iPad?
To put it simply: I want to be able to create my own Style Presets from scratch with not only Stroke & Fill and Fill Tool gradient settings but specifically Fill Tool bitmap images for texture.
I have searched these forums, the web, social media(!), YouTube and of course the AD for iPad tutorial videos by Serif - all to no avail. I’ve sent so many emails. It’s an odd topic to discuss and it deals with terms like “styles” and “bitmap” and “designer” and ultimately web searches generate too much of the wrong information.
The best example I can provide for knowing this is possible (but from the desktop version) is through Bob Byrne’s The Shizzle video and pack (which I own) but I fear there are steps I am unable to follow on the iPad.
I come close (even learned to scroll horizontally for the bitmap option in the Fill Tool studio!) but any time I hit “Create Style from Selection” I end up with two separate Styles at best, (one of the bitmap texture, one of the Stroke & Fill) and sometimes… nothing happens at all.
Any help would be most appreciated!
