With each update I get my hopes up but still no fix. This is making proofing items within sheets a nightmare on my end and means things take that little bit longer in the workflow but all adds up over time and it's so tedious. Please fix....PLEASE! Never had this issue on V1 Thanks!

Supporting the idea that the save/export should go to the same as the current file location and not the last saved file. I work across multiple projects and jump between them all as feedback comes in for amends. All the folders use numbers for referencing against job sheets etc and it's proving to be a pretty time consuming to hunt out the right folder within subfolders with other names. Would make workflow a lot lot easier for me.

This sounds like an issue I'm having with V2 that just started today. No files opening and no templates or anything on the server, everything local. I did open one file but it's no longer open nor do I want to open it. Just trying to open the software it's constantly trying to connect to a server. The software stalls constantly without being able to connect and shows as not responding in the Force Quit window. Really frustrating as I only use a server for some projects when working for a specific client. I need to work on other projects. Is there a clear solution to this without a master reset?

I’ve created this file using layered up fonts and now essentially I want to have outlines of the flattened image for some cutting software to make a stencil where I can peel away each section. What would you advise is the easiest way to achieve this? I want to end up with a vector file that has as few paths as possible and essentially is like a puzzle with each bit being it’s own shape as a piece to the puzzle. Currently with it all converted to outlines there are many path that run under each other and cross over etc (see images). I hope this makes sense but I can’t for the life of me figure out the best/most efficient way to do this. Any help or guidance would be amazing. I’m sure someone must know the answer! There’s one image that is full colour, then the image with black outlines is viewing in “outline” mode so you can see all the layers crossing over and then the image with pink outlines is essentially what I want my final file to be with the paths. I hope this makes sense but I really don’t know the best way to describe it. Happy to answer any questions to help unscramble what it is I’m after here. Hope I'm posting this in the right area too!

I can't seem to find this anywhere so thought I'd create a new topic. Sorry if I've failed to find it and it is hidden away somewhere.... When aligning nodes in paths together sometimes the size of the node itself is too large for precise node alignment. I know about snapping but would be handy if the node itself and the handles became transparent when dragging or moving with the keys. I know I'd find it handy myself and it's something I've noticed to be an issue while using several times so thought I'd make the suggestion. Great software though and really love using it now I've adjusted from Adobe. Workflow seems to be a little better in Affinity I'd say and am recommending to all designers I know.

I'll be grabbing all the software for a windows machine I'm building. Much appreciated. As a side note...anyone got insider access to where I can get a 5900x and 3080? Hahaha

Layers that are visible but then don't print or export was always handy to me. I do miss it so count me in for backing this feature!

Please add this in. Would save me so much time switching between software and a lot of back and forth to make minor changes etc.
