Hi, Since I have not received any helpful information from affinityorders@serif.com after submitting several requests about my order I am forced to post here. Its about order BYWKZBNL8T: I bought both the Photo and Designer workbook, but thus far I have only received the Photo workbook and I have been waiting for over a month. The order status on my account page says order completed but its not! So I gotten pretty worried if and submitted a mail to the order mail then after a week seeing a response that says it takes longer but not how things are with my order, so after that weekn I send another email with 0 response and the same the week after that. Though I do not mind it taking time but atleast have the decency to respond or inform people of what is the matter. My thanks. Robbin Groeneveld

Thx for your response, yes indeed I think that would work, but I have the extra disk so I dont have to reinstall everything every time windows decides to die off. (I have a very big library with all sorts of graphical, audio and video production programms with add-ins/ons) So i think my question is can I get the files somewhere that belong in that map so I can back them Up and dont have to do a full re-install? Because the programms do work just fine the only thing that does not function is the studio-link registry. My thanks!

Hi All, I have taken measures to install a lot of my working and gaming software on a seperate ssd since windows is always windows unfortunately. The problem I am running into now is that studiolink will not reconnect to the other programms after a windows reinstall, the programms themselves work fine. I have tried all the other solutions already mentioned on the forums such as checking versions(all the same) and reopening files in programms or deleting the common 1.0 map in %appdata%(which for me is completely empty so there was nothing to delete), but nothing has worked for me so far. Also what I have noticed is that the programs don't show op in windows as installed programs which is weird because I do not have any problems running them other then studio link not picking up designer and photo. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated thx in advance!
