  1. Thanks! That can do the job. But any chance to set size, angle etc more precise than just with touchpad?
  2. Walt, thanks for you reply, but... to be honest, I'm pretty sure that's a bug (or something in contra in settings of the paragraph and/or characters), because that is not usual way Publisher worked for me. I don't know if that can affect, but I also I can't even put special characters like currencies: here's one for Russian ruble — ₽. In Publisher I got just blank square instead.
  3. Good day to you. Usually I use Publisher for creating "presentations" rather than prints, so before I used Keynote a lot. And there is pretty useful thing called: "Advance image fill" where I could take any image and turn it into pattern. I tried to find something similar in Publisher but failed. Any thoughts how can I replace this function?
  4. Hej, Walt! And sorry for the delay. What am I doing is exactly the same thing I do when I want to change keyboard layout from English to Russian and reverse — that's for Cmd+space on my Macbook. Here's short video that demonstrates the issue. And unfortunately it happens with every document. Запись_экрана_2021-01-31_в_20_21_07.mov
  5. Good day to you! I have faced a strange bug: I can't switch language (I use English and Russian) while editing text field, but can if I stop editing it. So, I create text field and start typing text and when I want to switch it — I got macos error sound and nothing is happening. Then I click outside text field and try to switch language once again — and it works! I think that began after I installed additional Russian language dictionaries from https://github.com/LibreOffice/dictionaries, but I'n not 100% sure. I use Publisher 1.8.6 and MacOS Big Sur.
  6. I already mentioned that my printer can not handle with automatic two-sided printer as well as that the question was not about turning paper. I did some research and I would probably fix the issue when having wrong flip-side pages by using straight and reversed for odd and even pages, but I would really appreciate if Publisher will do all settings for me and just give me a sign that I need to turn the paper. That's what I'm saying.
  7. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed and it has nothing about two-sided printing, unfortunately.
  8. Mostly like keeping printing preferences. When you print for the second time you should remember all preferences you did and restore them exactly the same. And turning the paper didn't work for me, because there's always something wrong with pages order. I remember old version of Microsoft office (Windows) where was a special manual print option, and that was big advantage because you could control all over the whole process.
  9. Well, that's obvious, but I had a hope that Publisher might have a bit more options for that...
  10. Good day to you! Is there a possibility for manual two-sided printing in Publisher for MacOS when the printer doesn't support automatic two-sided printing? Thanks in advance!
  11. Thanks, Walt! Section Manager and "Last page in Section run" field did the magic. Thank you!
  12. Good day to you! Is there any possibility to count pages for the #-field starting not from the first page as well as is there any possibility to exclude some pages from the total count? For my particular case, the first and second pages are front and rear sides for the front cover and penultimate and last pages are referred to the rear cover. So in that case automatic pages count is turning incorrect. Thanks in advance!
  13. Good day to you! The photolab where I print photobooks require that front and rear cover should be created as separate spread. When I start every new document with facing pages, First and Last pages are always shown as single ones. And I can't find where I can change that, because it might be possible — at least I saw that in the tutorial video. Could you please help me with that? Thanks in advance!
