  1. It seems like AP V2 is using UTC rather than local time to set the time a photo was taken. I took a photo of my computer screen at 3:38 PM my time (UTC -8) but the metadata for the photo is showing 11:38 PM. This is happening for jpg and Nikon raw files. The correct local time is given in the metadata when opened in V1.
  2. So I'm not sure that my original issue is being addressed. I do have the lens corrections loaded for my lenses. I don't think making a new one will accomplish anything. The issue is that in the develop persona Affinity Photo interprets my raw file as having been shot with a Cosina 24mm macro lens when it was actually shot using a Nikkor Z MC 105mm lens. This is shown in the screen shots in my original post. On another post where someone was having a similar issue, the moderator stated that AP's lens detection algorithm is based on lens name. As displayed in my screen shot, the lens name is given as "24" which apparently signals AP to use the Cosina 24mm macro lens profile. I would really appreciate a fresh look at this issue. Thank you, Vince
  3. I guess I should clarify my last reply. I've had the lensfun corrections file, mil-nikon.xml, installed all along before I created the original post. This file includes a section for the Nikkor Z MC 105mm lens but AP identifies it as Cosina 24mm macro lens. mil-nikon.xml is meant for Nikon mirrorless cameras and the Nikon Z6 that I use is a mirrorless camera. Thus, I have not installed slr.nikon.xml. Also in my last reply I said that AP correctly identifies my other 4 Z-mount lenses, but it still does not correctly identify the Nikkor Z MC 105mm lens. Hope that helps. Vince
  4. Hi Lee, I have installed mil-nikon.xml, the lensfun corrections for Nikon mirrorless cameras as I am shooting with a Nikon Z6 and Nikkor native Z-mount lenses. This file does have a section for the Nikkor Z MC 105mm lens. Affinity Photo correctly identifies my other 4 Z-mount lenses. Vince mil-nikon.xml
  5. Affinity Photo 1.10.5, Mac OS 10.15.7, lensfun correction installed for Nikon mirrorless cameras. When opening a raw file shot using the Nikkor Z MC 105mm lens, it is detected as a Cosina 24mm macro lens. I have installed the lensfun correction file for Nikon mirrorless cameras and can confirm that the Nikkor Z MC 105mm is included. This is the metadata panel showing the EXIF data. The correct focal length is indicated but the name of the lens is just given as "24." Having searched the forum and finding several other instances of this kind of behavior, I am uploading a sample raw file, as that seems to be requested in the other cases. VJB_3929.NEF
