  1. Hello, booting Affinity photo takes about 17 seconds, image load depending on size (54MP) the first about in 8 seconds, each additional about 2 seconds. If I leave the first image open as already described everything goes as before without problems. However, at some point after about 25-30 images it sometimes doesn't want to save, or it just keeps going. In any case, the APP has difficulties here. I hope with 1.9 this will be fixed and this wonderful software will give me unrestricted pleasure again. Volker
  2. after chatting with apple support Germany - making all they told me - nothing change - deinstall affinity - install affinity - I notice that if I will not close the first picture, which I can save correctly, all the next pictures will save correctly. ! please people of affinity - check this! Volker
  3. why did it work after reinstalling Affinity photo yesterday morning with the first 10 images without problems and then the failure comes back after every second image the message that it can not be saved there? I have also reset the fonts and closed other photo editing programs. I now have to wait for an update from Affinity at some point? Volker
  4. im not a profesional IT specialist, its not my work to find this failures and change sandboxes or terminal . I can't´t this! but I need affinity for work! its terrible to restart affinity after every second picture!
  5. hello markw, make all changes you told me in your mail - after all :first photo will be save, the second will be not save - there must be another failure - not the fonts I reset to standard and save. I think it is another problem.
  6. is it possible that in the system settings - security - privacy - these apps are allowed to access your files - here Affinity is not listed! On the other hand, I'm surprised that first everything was possible to save on the desktop in the designated folder, and now already after two edited photos the error message comes. It doesn't seem to be the storage space, it's huge. Something works as if a restriction would take effect.
  7. here you can see the message I get after two pictures! first it was round about every twentieth picture - than it goes to 2 photos - Volker
  8. after several saves of edited images in Photo, the following message appears irregularly: Error saving. You do not have permission to create files at this save location if I then close Affinity and open it again it goes well again for a while. what could be the reason for this?
